Pair of large French vintage fighting cockerels, highly decorative, quality pieces with a lot of weight to them. Traditionally used as dinner table centerpieces although these days also suitable for mantelpiece, shelf and desk decor. We have given these birds only a minor cleaning. Condition: good used vintage condition with age-related wear such as tarnishing to the metal; one bird is a little unsteady on its feet so the surface you display them should be as flat as possible - as you can see in our photos, they pose very well on a flat surface.
