Our Approach

We describe every item as honestly as we can — its history, its condition, its traces of time. We want you to feel confident before you buy, not just after.

That said, if something isn't right, please get in touch. We'll always work with you toward a fair resolution.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at vnow2233@gmail.com. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be sent by tracked delivery and packed with the same care they arrived in. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photographs of the item and the packaging. We'll review each case individually and offer a replacement (if available), a partial refund, or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been altered, used beyond inspection, or returned without prior contact are not eligible for a refund.

Because all our pieces are vintage, natural wear, patina, and the traces of previous use are part of what they are — not grounds for return. We document these carefully in every listing.
