When will my item be shipped?

How do you ensure my vintage piece arrives safely?
We take exceptional care in packaging your items. While being environmentally conscious, we use a combination of recycled and new materials to ensure maximum protection. Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap, then secured in sturdy boxes. Particularly delicate items receive additional protective measures to ensure they reach you safely.
What happens in the rare case of shipping damage?
Despite our careful packaging, we understand that transportation can sometimes be unpredictable. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging, and contact us immediately. We'll work closely with you to resolve the situation promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Old Cat Vintage are privileged to be located in Southwest France, a region steeped in rich cultural heritage and traditional craftsmanship.
