A handsome little vintage alarm clock by premier French manufacturer, Jaz.
This wonderful little clock is in semi-working condition including the alarm, although we should note that being an old time piece dating from the pre-1940 period, he's temperamental and sometimes will just stop working, although all that's needed is a gentle shake from side to side and he will once more begin to tick - sometimes you might have to repeat this and have patience with him.
A cute point - one of his legs is a slightly different design than the other although he sits perfectly - quite charming!
His metal case is a burgundy/maroon colour over what appears to be brass (you can see brass showing through the paint chips). The clock's finish is shabby chic in appearance with lots of dings, scratches and paint chips which really gives him character.
Due to the fact he is temperamental we are selling him as a piece of handsome home decor.

Care: old alarm clocks need winding up once a day or so, although never too much as this can break them. Obviously they are not as accurate as modern-day cell phones and other gadgets and are mainly sold as collectible time pieces or nostalgic home decor.
