Estimated Era: Late 1800s/early 1900s

Pair of French antique tea-stained and crazed ironstone jam pots or preserve pots. The smaller pot is white while the larger one is a sort of beige/grey after a century or more of aging. In the past these pots were quintessential pieces in French kitchens for storing jam, etc, and these days are still just as useful for items such as utensils.

Both pots were manufactured by Creil et Montereau and are circa. late 1800s to early 1900s.

Condition:
Smaller white pot: good used shabby antique condition with age-related wear such as staining, crazing and old nibbles on the top rim/old shallow loss of glaze/chip on the top rim as can be seen in our photos and video.

Larger darker pot: good used antique condition with age-related wear such as staining, a tiny nibble on the side which is nothing at all, some scratches to the interior, so out of sight.
