A French antique oil landscape on a stretched canvas - this small piece of original art has 'the look' - somewhat darkened with age, time-worn finish, full of mystery and intrigue to our eyes!

If you have a passion for this type of art you might imagine it in a derelict country manor, farmhouse, or cottage, something that you would see hanging on a wall covered in cobwebs (we cleaned them off), then this piece might suit you........

Hang it on the wall as is, display on a mantel, a desk, or on your sideboard - the choice is yours.

Note: colours may differ according to individual monitor/screen settings - we took our photos on a very bight sunny day in a somewhat shadowy cottage interior.

- Condition : shabby chic, worn condition with a small hole in the canvas which is quite hard to see (look at the photos and decide for yourself), the expected general age-related wear on a piece of this age, and the canvas is coming away from the wooden stretchers at the top and bottom although is secure enough to be displayed on the wall, your shelf, a mantel (we have in on our wall right now and it's just fine).
